Terms & Conditions — razabazi

1.1 — These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services offered by razabazi, including sports betting, live casino, slots, wallet operations, promotional offers, and customer support. All services are provided subject to these Terms and any additional product-specific rules published on the platform.

1.2 — razabazi operates as an online betting and gaming platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. The platform is offered in English. All account communications, bonus notifications, support interactions, and legal notices are issued in English.

1.3 — By accessing razabazi through any device — including desktop browsers, mobile browsers on Android or iOS, or any future app or interface — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

1.4 — razabazi reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where a change materially affects your rights, in which case reasonable notice will be given. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed in the hero section of this page.

1.5 — In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and any product-specific rules (for example, specific bonus terms or live betting rules), the product-specific rules shall take precedence in relation to that product only. For all other matters, these General Terms apply.

1.6 — If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.7 — Failure by razabazi to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. razabazi retains all rights not expressly granted to users under these Terms.

2.1 — To register and use razabazi, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is firm, non-negotiable, and applies to all players regardless of the laws of any jurisdiction they may reside in outside Bangladesh.

2.2 — By registering an account, you declare and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. razabazi may request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to before processing your first withdrawal request. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority.

2.3 — If razabazi has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification. During the suspension period, no bets may be placed and no withdrawals will be processed. If age verification confirms that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any net deposits returned to the payment method used, minus any winnings generated during the underage period.

2.4 — In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an account on razabazi:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity);
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of razabazi;
• You have not previously had an account closed by razabazi for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not using the platform in connection with any form of professional betting syndicate or arbitrage scheme that exploits pricing inefficiencies.

2.5 — razabazi does not knowingly permit access by players in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using razabazi is lawful in your location. razabazi accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a prohibited jurisdiction.

3.1 — Each player may hold only one registered account on razabazi. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and any bonus balances forfeited.

3.2 — When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times. razabazi is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 — You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, regardless of whether you authorised that activity, unless you have previously notified razabazi of unauthorised access in writing via the official support channel.

3.4 — If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify razabazi support immediately via live chat or the official email address. razabazi will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution.

3.5 — razabazi operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• A copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport;
• Proof of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits;
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address;
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the razabazi compliance team.

3.6 — Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from razabazi may result in the temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. Accounts found to have provided false or fraudulent documentation will be permanently closed and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

Account Security Recommendations

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Do not access your razabazi account from a shared or public device.
• Enable any two-step verification options offered by the platform when available.
• Log out fully after each session, particularly on mobile devices.
• Contact support immediately if you receive any suspicious communication claiming to be from razabazi.

4.1 — razabazi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to transactions. All balances displayed in your razabazi wallet reflect the actual BDT amount held in your account.

4.2 — The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on razabazi: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed at the point of deposit and withdrawal within the platform wallet.

4.3 — The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no stated maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, however razabazi reserves the right to apply individual account-level deposit limits for risk management or responsible gaming purposes.

4.4 — Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are ordinarily credited to your razabazi wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant mobile financial service provider. razabazi is not responsible for delays caused by the third-party payment provider's own processing times or system outages.

4.5 — Withdrawal requests are processed by the razabazi payments team. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval. Processing may take longer during public holidays in Bangladesh (including Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha), periods of high transaction volume, or where additional KYC verification is required.

4.6 — Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted.

4.7 — razabazi reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where:

• KYC verification has not been completed;
• The account is under review for potential fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms;
• The wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have not been met;
• The withdrawal request is suspected to be part of money laundering activity.

4.8 — Players must not use razabazi as a financial processing mechanism. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without genuine wagering activity constitutes misuse of the platform and may result in account closure.

5.1 — All bets placed on razabazi are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are accessible within each product section of the platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules most recently published on the platform at the time the bet was placed shall apply.

5.2 — Cricket Betting: razabazi offers in-play and pre-match betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Markets include match winner, top batsman, over totals, fall of wicket, and other in-play markets. Odds are subject to change at any time up to the moment a bet is accepted. Bets accepted by the system are binding.

5.3 — razabazi reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed after the event or market has already concluded;
• A manifest pricing error occurred (e.g., odds published at a value clearly inconsistent with the true market price);
• The underlying event was cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise did not take place under the conditions anticipated;
• Evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is credibly established by a relevant sporting authority.

5.4 — Live Casino: Games operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the rules displayed within each live table interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game round, the system will attempt to reconnect and complete the round. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the stake will ordinarily be returned to the player's wallet.

5.5 — Slots: All slot games on razabazi use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Slot results are independently determined and are not influenced by prior outcomes, account history, deposit amounts, or any other variable outside the game's published RTP and volatility parameters.

5.6 — The use of any software, automated system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with razabazi betting or casino systems — including to place bets, spin slots, or interact with live dealer tables — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

5.7 — Maximum win limits may apply on individual markets or games. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be displayed within the relevant product section before the bet is placed or the game session begins.

6.1 — razabazi may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (including BPL season specials and Eid holiday offers). All bonus offers are at the sole discretion of razabazi and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

6.2 — Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash without meeting applicable wagering requirements, or shared with any other player or account.

6.3 — Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in offer-specific terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; expired bonus funds are forfeited.

6.4 — razabazi reserves the right to reclaim any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit, and to void any winnings derived from such bonuses, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player created multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once;
• The player used any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk;
• The player provided false information when registering in order to qualify for a first-deposit offer.

6.5 — Bonuses claimed during the BPL season, Eid promotional periods, Pohela Boishakh offers, or other time-limited campaigns are subject to the specific terms of those campaigns in addition to these general bonus rules. Campaign terms take precedence over general terms where they conflict.

6.6 — razabazi does not guarantee that any specific bonus or promotion will be available at any given time. The absence of an active promotion does not constitute a breach of any obligation owed to the player.

7.1 — razabazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect or determine any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Underage gambling or failure to pass age or identity verification;
• Collusion with other players, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of prohibited software, automation tools, or betting bots;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with the platform;
• Bonus abuse or multi-accounting;
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct directed at razabazi staff or other players.

7.2 — Where an account is suspended pending investigation, razabazi will endeavour to notify the player via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. The player may be asked to provide additional documentation to assist the investigation.

7.3 — Voluntary Closure: Players wishing to close their own account — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so at any time by contacting razabazi support via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

7.4 — Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a longer duration. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits or bets will be accepted. razabazi will make reasonable efforts to ensure that marketing communications are suspended during the exclusion period. 7.5 — Where razabazi closes an account for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at razabazi's discretion, subject to any countervailing claims arising from the breach.

8.1 — razabazi provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain service continuity and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

8.2 — To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, razabazi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity failures during live betting events;
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security;
• Decisions made by sports governing bodies (including the ICC, BCB, BCCI, or BPL governing body) that affect the outcome of events on which bets have been placed;
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.

8.3 — razabazi's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with a single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

8.4 — Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits razabazi's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8.5 — By using razabazi, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the money you deposit and wager. razabazi accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform in accordance with these Terms.

8.6 — These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and razabazi with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements.
